9 cent salsa @ Target!

I posted a few days ago about the great grocery deals Target has had over the past couple of months. They keep getting better! This week, Pace Specialty salsa is on sale for $2.09. There are also $2 mc's for these, which make them 9 cents each!

I paid $9.61 for the above items and received a $5 Target gift card for my next purchase!

Here's my transaction:

(1) GE Energy bulbs: $1.24 clearance (used $1 mc from All You magazine)

FP: .24 cents

(3) Pace Specialty salsa: $2.09 (used 3 $2 mc's)

FP: .9 cents ea

(2) Eggo Bake Shop: $1.50 (used 2 $1 mc's)

FP: .50 cents ea

(1) Gillette Fusion Razor: $7.99 (used $4 mc)

(1) Gillette body wash: $3.49 (used $1 mc)

FP: $6.48 for both and receive a $5 gift card

(2) Transformer snack plates 8 ct: .48! ( I had to buy these for my son..a new transformer fan!)

Total before coupons: $22.95

Total after coupons: $8.95 (.66 tax) = $9.61 ($5 gc for next purchase)

75% off Alavert & Benadryl @ CVS

Check out your local CVS stores. I found Alavert & Benadryl for 75 % off. There were other medications that were on clearance for 75% off too. Great way to stock up for next season and the expiration dates were not until 8/2010-2012. After coupons, I paid $3.60 for all 5.

(2) Kid Alavert 12 ct. : $3 ea (used 2 $2 mc's)

FP: $1 ea

(2) Alavert 18 ct. : $2.75 ea (used 2 $2 mc's)

FP: .75 cents ea

(1) Benadryl Allergy & Sinus Headache 24 ct. : $1.60 (used $1.50 mc)

FP: .10 cents

All for $5 @ Target

The Target deals keep getting better and by buying many items that I'd normally purchase at the grocery store, I've really cut down on my grocery budget.

Today I paid $5.30 after coupons for the above items that would have cost me $11.80....a 55% savings.

(1) Dawn Foam: $2.29 (used .50 Target coupon & $1.50 mc)

FP: .29

(2) Juicy Juice: $2.60 (used 2 $1 mc)

FP: $1.60 ea

(2) Eggo Bake Shop: $1.50 (used 2 $1 mc)

FP: .50 ea

(1) Bounty paper towel: .99 (used .50 Target coupon...wish I had more mc's!)

FP: .49

Total: $4.98 (.32 tax) = $5.30

Great Food Deals @ CVS Today!

My son loves those little Soy Joy bars! This week they are FREE plus a money maker at CVS after coupons and ECB's. You can buy up to 20 bars at $1 ea and receive $20 in ECB...a great deal!

16 Soy Joy bars: $1 ea (used $1/4 mc & 2 $1/5 printable from http://www.soyjoy.com/)

2 ThermaCare: $2.49 ea (used 2 $1.50 mc)

5 Bumblebee tuna: $1 ea (used 3 $1 mc)

2 Kashi cereal bars: $2.35 ea (my CVS had these on clearance instead of $3) used 2 $1.50 mc

Total before coupons: $30.68

Used $5 off $30 purchase from CVS scanner

Total after coupons & 13 ECB used: .68 (.19 tax) = .87

Receive $16 ECB (soyjoy) and $4.98 (ThermaCare)...$7.11 money maker!
