Kroger March to Madness Game


Go HERE to enter Kroger's March to Savings Game. You have to sign in and can play daily. Each day you enter, there is a chance to win instant prizes. I've been playing since Tuesday and so far I've one a FREE package of Kraft natural shredded cheese and a FREE King size Reese's peanut butter cup! These prizes have been loaded onto my Kroger card, so I plan to pick them up the next time I head to Kroger. I'll keep playing daily to see what other prizes I may win!

If you haven't taken advantage of the GREAT meat sale at Ukrop's, today is a GREAT day to do so! Each Friday, Ukrop's have boneless Purdue chicken breast for 50% off. The Purdue chicken breasts are apart of the buy 5, get each package for $5 ea this week. Well, today each package of Purdue chicken breast are $2.50 or less when you purchase 5 items from the meat sale. I decided to purchase the packages that were lower than $5 to keep my out of pocket costs down. I spent $13.52 for the items above...not bad for 5 packages of meat!

Meat Sale & Double Coupon Wednesday @ Ukrops


I was so happy to see the Ukrops ad on Sunday! This week began the Pick 5 for $25 meat sale. You can mix or match from over 16 specially marked packages of meat. I was able to get a boneless pork roast reg. priced at $11.48 for $5 today...that's just one example of the great deals! Plus, there are many items that are 10 for $10. Also look in the ad for the Ukrops coupon for additional savings off your grocery bill. Spend $30, save $3; spend $50, save $5 and spend $80 or more, save $8.

FREE Gillette deodorant and body wash


Target has the 8.4 oz Gillette men's body wash and .5 oz Gillette clinical strength deodorant on price cut for $1.79 each. I found these on a display at the end of the deodorant isle..they are not with the regular body wash or deodorant. There are $4/2 mfc coupons for any size Gillette body wash or deodorant (except trial size) and I also had $3 off any size Gillette clinical strength deodorant. These coupons were found in the last Proctor and Gamble insert in February and do not expire until 3/31. With the overage from buying the Gillette, I paid $3.03 out of pocket for the items above!

This week Kleenex tissue boxes are BOGO Free at Walgreens. I purchased 3 boxes for $2.19 each and received 3 FREE. Plus this month, when you purchase 6 Kleenex boxes your receive a $3 RR. So, for $5.57 out of pocket, you get a $3 RR...which makes each box 43 cents each. We go through a lot of tissues, so this is a pretty good deal for me!
