I originally thought this would be a slow week at CVS because I didn't see many deals in the ad until I heard the rumors about the $4 off $20 CVS purchase coupon (valid for only 3 days) you receive for scanning your CVS card. Well, I scanned mine this afternoon and out popped my coupon! Here's how I put it to good use and only paid 67 cents before tax for the items above!
