My little guy was diagnosed with strep throat on Monday so after the doctor appt. we headed to CVS to pick up his prescription. Before I left the house I made sure I had my coupon for a FREE $25 gift card with a new or transferred prescription. (Martin's sent me one, but I like to use these at CVS because they will take competitor coupons). So while we were waiting on the prescription, I scanned my CVS card and received a $3 off $15 on any sunscreen purchase and a $2 off $6 body wash purchase coupons. Plus a $5 off any $15 CVS purchase on my receipt! What great coupons! I only had a short moment to pick up a few things. Here's what I purchased:
(2) Coppertone sunscreen sprays @ $10.49 ea
minus $3 off any $15 sunscreen purchase
(6) Skinny Cow ice cream cups (love these!) @ $1 ea
minus 2 BOGO FREE mfc found HERE & 2 $1 printables found HERE & fan them on Facebook for 2 more coupons
FP: FREE for all 6 cups!
Total:$17.98
Minus $5 off $15 purchase
Final total: $12.98 (.29 tax) = $13.27
Paid with money from $25 gift card
Still have $11.73 left on gift card & received a $10 ECB for buying 2 Coppertone
I forgot to use the $2 off $6 body wash coupon from the scanner, but here's what I plan to do before the end of the week:
Buy 2 Gillette or Old Spice body wash @ $3 ea
minus $2 off $6 body wash coupon
minus BOGO FREE mfc from P&G insert
FP: 50 cents ea
Where did you find the $25 prescription coupon for CVS? Love your Site.
ReplyDeleteI used a coupon sent to me by Martin's grocery store for a $25 gift card for any new or transferred prescription. My CVS store will accept any competitor store coupons for a prescription. Thanks so much for reading my blog!
